We do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Orders are generally processed within a few business days. During busy periods, promotions, or around holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation by email.

2. Product Origin and Shipping

Our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfilment partners in China. As a result, delivery times may be longer than for products shipped from Europe.

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen shipping method. Where possible, the expected delivery time is stated on the website or during checkout. Delivery times are indicative and may vary in exceptional cases due to external circumstances, such as delays with carriers, customs processing, or high order volumes.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your final order.

6. Import Duties, Taxes, and Additional Costs

Where applicable, we will clearly state before purchase whether import duties, taxes, or other additional costs are included by us or are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will not be faced with unexpected mandatory costs that were not clearly stated in advance.

7. Track & Trace

If available, you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow your order.

8. Incorrect Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided, this may lead to delays, failed delivery, or additional costs.

9. Package Not Received

Have you not received your order within the expected timeframe? Please contact us at kontakt@helenaifilip.pl. We will investigate with the carrier what happened to the shipment and, if necessary, offer an appropriate solution.

10. Delivery Restrictions
